Building on my summer "Chaat & Chutney" workshop, this time we'll delve further into the spicy world of vegetarian Indian street snacks and delicious dips. As usual, we'll focus on bhajis--classic and unusual-- while also experimenting with bhel puri, popadoms, rice flour, okra and more!
