Get ready to deep dive into the foundations of fresh, delicious and simple mezze in this workshop Together we’ll create small bites and tasting dishes to share that celebrate some of the most beautiful and distinct flavors across North Africa and the Middle East.
We’ll work with both familiar and unique ingredients from parsley and chickpeas to sumac and dukkah, and have some serious conversations about date syrup! We’ll end the workshop with an obligatory mint tea session and a little tutorial on how to brew the perfect cup!
