An Infused oil, a vinegar, a blended salt

As well as the wellness & culinary benefits, together we'll learn about the various methods of blending and preserving with fresh herbs to be used and enjoyed in all of your future kitchen endeavours.

We’ll look at the foundations of Indian & Middle Eastern spice blends and how they are used in both food and beverages. You'll learn about the health and flavour characteristics of a range of herbs & spices and create 6 of your own signature blends that can be used for cooking projects or enjoyed as teas!

This is a sustainable Experience: we will be providing participants with 5 spice/tea infusion sachets, but everyone is encouraged to bring with them 3 small jars (approximately 2 oz-4 oz in size) to fill with their custom blends. We will provide labeling materials.

Winter is coming and we're all going to need some spicy warming dhals and curries to get us through the next few months! 

In this workshop we'll use some of the best immunity boosting herbs and spices and learn how to combine different flavours to make different curry pastes. Batch-make these pastes at home, freeze, and you'll have dozens of delicious meals ready to go!  We'll also be creating unique chai tea infusions that you'll be able to take home with you!

But it's one of the most nutritious plant-based proteins out there; swapping meat for tofu more often is kinder to your body and the planet. There are ways to make tofu taste delicious I PROMISE YOU! 

Join me for an intensive tofu-tutorial, trying a few different brands and exploring methods to prepare and creatively serve this wonderful food! We'll also be creating some Japanese style side salads and brew some dope green tea!
