Melanie Hadida, Nutritional Consultant & Founder of Spice & Green will discuss various methods of preserving foods (vegetables, herbs, cheeses etc.) and the benefits this can have to our health, our budgets, and our culinary creativity in the kitchen! The discussion will be followed by a hands-on session creating our own jars of pickles and marinated feta.
