Join us for an evening that’s all about a tasty little seed! Learn about the various flavour and wellness benefits that coriander can bring to our lives. Toasted, roasted, ground or whole, the coriander seed has been used all over the world to create delectable spice blends which have enhanced the cuisines of cultures in India, The Middle East, Canada and beyond. We’ll be exploring the ways in which Coriander can be used to make blends like masala, dukkah and Montreal steak spice. This is a low-waste BYO Jar workshop*. Participants will get the knowledge and tools to create their own custom spice blends, and take home three jars of their own original creations.
*Participants are asked to bring along 3 jars with them, sized 60-120ml (approximately)
