Join us for a fragrant evening of spice blending, celebrating the delicate and aromatic flavours of chai spice. We’ll explore the wellness and culinary benefits of various teas, spices, and herbs that are used in chai blends from all over the Middle-East & The Indian Subcontinent. Chai spice is not just for brewing; we’ll learn about the different ways these spice blends can be steeped, simmered, and sizzled to enhance our cooking. Participants will take home 3 different spice blends to enjoy throughout the season.

This is a low waste  “Bring Your Own Jar” Workshop. Participants should to bring 3 small jars with them to fill with their unique signature chai blends.
